Returns & Refunds

We really hope you're happy with your order but in the event that you are not completely satisfied, we will offer you a full refund if the order is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving your order.   

Please email us within 5 days at lucindas@lucindas-purley.co.uk to confirm the item(s) you are returning.

Item(s) must be in a new and unworn condition with all packaging and labels still attached.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you if we have approved your refund.  Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.  

This applies to items bought online.

SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE but can be returned for an exchange or a credit note, which can be used in-store for up to 3 months.
